QB Eco-Club was founded in the principles of sustainability. We want to contribute to having a better world and preserving the local environment and natural diversity of the region.

The architectural concept in broad took into account vernacular architecture. According to our architectural team’s previous study, South Californian vernacular architecture responded to the needs drawn by the sea, the desert and the mountains. Spaces where adapted to the geographical environment and the weather. Houses with thick walls, high ceilings, wood and palm stick hatched walls, corridors, terraces and backyards fenced with wood so you could see the sky at night.

Nowadays South Californian architecture has changed bringing together different sorts of cosmopolitan visions.

At QB, we envision a project that essentially respects the environment, incorporates some traditional aspects of vernacular architecture and combines it with a modern design and efficiency in the use of energy.
